Andimuthu Chinnapillai Charitable Trust,Perambalur-621212 is a non-profit (CERTIFIED OF INCOME TAX ACT, 1961), non- communal, non- Governmental and non- political organization that strives to enable the at-risk people to empowerment. A group of service minded people from various occupations of TamilNadu Government on different occasions felt the need to promote community, Skill Training development, Entrepreneurship Development Programme (EDP)& Medical Awareness programmes to ensure the up liftmen of the downtrodden communities and the people in need. Hence, these federated persons with commitment and involvement.
Legally registered the organization under Trust Registration Act to initiate community prioritized and felt need programmers. Since the inception of ANDIMUTHU CHINNAPILLAI CHARITABLE TRUST, it has been initiating rehabilitation and development measures to most underprivileged, vulnerable and uprooted people of TamilNadu.

Our mission is the bringing of educational opportunity and to promote health and social rights to those to whom such opportunities have previously been denied to poverty family circumstances or oppression.
The Trust aims to work with the most marginalized members of the community and help create a safer environment for all Men Women & children , especially vulnerable children, and to provide support and encouragement to help improve their living and social conditions, through rights-based and ethically sound education, empowerment programmed, vocational training, protection and care and financial independence initiatives in order to help them recognize their importance and value as a responsible individual within civil society.

MOBILIZATION
As the mobilization procedure is based on panchayat saturation approach, the success of the programe hinges on active participation of VLOs and GPs. Identify and develops a data base of eligible candidates as preconditions specified in the guidelines, VLOs helps us to contact candidates and their parents and take active participation in the counseling and screening process.
We provide a mobilization plan and its execution plan as finalized with all the list of Gram-panchayat for mobilization of candidates. We also brief the TNSDC on the screening methodology to bead opted by them and the domain training they intend to offer to the candidates from that block.
We share their activity plan, mobilization calendar, entitlement chart and any other relevant information useful for the candidates with the TNSDC so that transparency is established and maintained in implementing the schemes. The TNSC facilitates mobilization of the candidates with the right aptitude and necessary qualifications for the domain. In this mobilization process TNSDC actively engage Village Level Organizations (VLOs).
